Why STS
A Different Kind of Partner for Financial Institutions
STS Group is a security, automation, and service partner built specifically for financial institutions that can’t afford downtime, uncertainty, or poor communication.
Founded in 2008 by technicians who saw firsthand how unreliable service created unnecessary stress for banks, STS was created to do things differently. From the beginning, the focus has been simple: deliver fast, dependable service, communicate clearly, and treat customers like partners—not transactions.
Today, STS serves community banks, credit unions, and financial institutions across the Southeast. Our customers trust us to protect their people, support their branches, and keep critical systems running smoothly. What sets us apart isn’t just what we do, it’s how we do it. We consult before we install, plan before we act, and stay engaged long after a project is complete.
We operate with the understanding that security and automation are essential to the confidence, safety, and daily operations of the communities our customers serve.
Our People
A Team Built on Trust and Accountability
Our team is the foundation of everything we do. From technicians in the field to leadership behind the scenes, STS is built on people who care deeply about their work, their customers, and each other. We invest heavily in training, alignment, and accountability to ensure every customer experience reflects the same high standard, no matter the location or solution.
We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which brings clarity, focus, and consistency across the organization. Our core values are embedded into every decision—from who we hire to how we serve—so our team stays aligned and our customers feel the difference.

Raised in a family-owned business, she was immersed in accounting early on—even pulling her grandmother’s calculator tapes from the trash to practice. That curiosity grew into a lifelong passion for numbers, structure, and operational excellence, making her a trusted, detail-driven leader who understands strong financial operations are the backbone of a successful company. Outside of work, Christen is deeply family-oriented. She and her husband of 22 years are proud parents of two collegiate athletes, and she loves hosting gatherings that bring friends and loved ones together with the same warmth and care she brings to everything she does.
