The Challenge

MembersFirst Credit Union recently completed construction on a brand-new branch in Pooler, Georgia. The goal of the project was to create a modern, efficient work environment that enhanced the overall member experience.

STS Group was selected as the banking equipment provider as part of a larger design-build project, responsible for security, surveillance, access control, and a pneumatic tubing system that supported both drive-thru operations and interior kiosks.

While STS completed its portion of the project on time and professionally, one concern remained. As the branch neared completion, the interior drive-thru equipment did not align aesthetically with the vision MembersFirst had for the space. Although the setup matched other branches, it did not reflect what leadership wanted for this new location.

With opening day approaching, the concern wasn’t just cosmetic. It was about confidence, consistency, and delivering the experience members expect.
